Rock Valley Man Faces Felony Drug Charge

Rock Valley, Iowa — A Rock Valley man has been arrested on a felony drug charge.

According to the Sioux County Jail arrest log, Rock Valley Police Officers arrested 35-year-old Terrance Wayne Buescher II in Rock Valley on Tuesday. They charged him with a misdemeanor count of violating a non-contact order and possession of a controlled substance. Since this was Buescher’s third or subsequent offense of possession of a controlled substance, the charge was elevated to a class D felony count.

He was transported to the Sioux County Jail where his bond was set at $3000. Buescher posted the bond and was released the next day.

At last report, no court dates had yet been set in the case.
