Sibley, Iowa — What Osceola County Deputies describe as an ongoing investigation has resulted in narcotics charges against a pair of Sibley residents.
On Monday, October 5th, Osceola County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on 5th Place in Sibley. As a result of the search, deputies charged 46-year old Cristee Ann Davids, and 18-year old Matthew Glen Davids, both of Sibley with: Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Serious Misdemeanor; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor; and Prohibited Acts, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
The pair will be cited into court, according to authorities. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol.
Deputies say the investigation that led to the search warrant is continuing.
