Granville, Iowa — A ‘Text-A-Tip’ report to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office Saturday night resulted in alcohol-related charges against nine individuals.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says nine people were charged with underage drinking after the Sheriff’s Office received a ‘Text-A-Tip’ report of an underage drinking party at a residence near Granville.
Authorities say that upon further investigation of the tip, deputies discovered several people under the age of 21 who were present at the residence and consuming alcohol.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports 18-year-old Jacob Kramer of Hospers, 18-year-old Dominic Drey of Alton, 20-year-old Sierra Thompson of Hospers, 18-year-old Talon Albers of Alton, 18-year-old Codi Katt of Sheldon, 18-year-old Graham Mayrose of Orange City, and three juveniles were cited for minor in possession of alcohol.
