Larchwood, Iowa — A traffic stop Monday in Larchwood has resulted in a felony charge against a Brandon, South Dakota man.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says one of their deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 44-year old Jarad Taylor of Brandon in Larchwood. Authorities say that, during the stop, the deputy suspected Taylor was under the influence of alcohol.
As a result of the traffic stop, deputies say Taylor was charged with 3rd Offense OWI, which is a Class D Felony, and was also issued a ticket for Failure To Wear a Seat Belt.
