Lyon County, Iowa — A Spencer man has been arrested on a warrant charging multiple sex crimes in Lyon County.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, their deputies, arrested 28-year old Lawrence Jacob Bauer at his Spencer residence Tuesday (October 31st) on outstanding Lyon County warrants.
Authorities say Bauer faces charges including: 9 counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse, a Class C Felony; 1 count of Enticing a Minor, a Class C Felony; and 3 counts of Indecent Contact With a Child, an Aggravated Misdemeanor. Authorities say Bauer was jailed on the charges, with bail set at $100-thousand, cash only.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, and the Spencer Police Department.
