Sutherland, Iowa — A Sutherland man has been arrested on felony drug charges.

According to court records, deputies and an Iowa Department of Narcotics Enforcement agent were serving a federal arrest warrant at an apartment on West First Street in Sutherland when a baggie containing a substance believed to be meth was located in plain view by officers.
