Sibley, Iowa — A Worthington, Minnesota man was convicted on a felony drug charge Thursday in Osceola County.
Osceola County authorities say 32-year-old Alex Meaungkhoth was convicted of the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd or Subsequent Offense, – Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony.
Meaugnkhoth was sentenced to a 5-year prison term, with credit for fifty days he’s already served, as well as a $1,025.00 fine plus a 15% surcharge.
