Hospers Disturbance Leads To Arrest Of Sheldon Woman

Hospers, Iowa — A Tuesday morning disturbance in Hospers has resulted in the arrest of a Sheldon woman.

According to Sioux County authorities, their deputies arrested 35-year-old Griselda Gonzales-Arcos, of Sheldon.

Deputies say the arrest stemmed from a report of a disturbance that occurred earlier at a residence in Hospers.

Upon further investigation, deputies discovered that Gonzales-Arcos assaulted a female victim and broke a window on her vehicle.

Gonzales-Arcos was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s office was assisted by the Sheldon Police Department.
