Bison Burgers Hot Off The Grill Tuesday At The Prairie Heritage Center

Paullina, Iowa — Exciting things continue to happen at the Prairie Heritage Center!  The annual Bison Burger Picnic and Lawn Concert sponsored by the Little Sioux Valley Conservation Association and the O’Brien County Conservation Board is a great opportunity for the public to see the changes that have occurred over the past year.

Charlene Elyea, Assistant Director and O’Brien County Naturalist gives us a run down of what to expect.

Tickets for the event are $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for ages 5 – 8, and those under 5 years of age are free.  There is a family discount for groups over four people.  Advance tickets can be purchased from the Conservation Board by calling 712-295-7200, and tickets will also be available at the door.

The funds raised this year will help to purchase equipment to create new displays at the center so plan to join us for an evening of good food and great music at the Prairie Heritage Center on Tuesday, August 14th from 5 until 7 pm.
