Sheldon, Iowa — Not only are the Republican candidates coming to northwest Iowa — but one of the Democratic candidates has informed us that he will be in the area soon as well.
According to the O’Brien County Democrats, Bernie Sanders, US senator from Vermont, candidate for the Democratic nomination for the presidency, and what they call “one of the country’s leading progressives”, will meet with voters on Friday, July 3, at 9:00 AM.
The appearance will be in the Dinner Date room at the Sheldon Community Services Center at the corner of Ninth Street and Fourth Avenue in Sheldon. This event is open to the public.
