Sheldon, Iowa — The 20th annual Coats for Kids drive is underway in Sheldon.
Bubbles and Bee Kleen owner George Carlson says it’s something they’ve been doing at both their Campus Cleaners location in Spirit Lake and their Bubbles location in Sheldon for a long time.
He tells us how you can donate.
The Sheldon Bubbles & Bee Kleen location is at 511 Third Avenue. Carlson says they accept other outerwear too.
Donations of outerwear will be accepted until October 25th.
Drop off hours at Bubbles and Bee Kleen are Mondays and Wednesdays from noon to 5:30 p.m. and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Sheldon Ministerial Association will distribute the coats in the first week of November.
