Sheldon, Iowa — Last week we told you about a Sheldon compnay that had announced a $37,000,000 expansion project.
According to Sheldon Development Director Curt Strouth, the expansion will create an additional 15 jobs once the Deluxe Feeds expansion is complete. But Deluxe Feeds General Manager Dan Paca says that’s just the beginning.
Paca tells KIWA that Deluxe Feeds parent company, Kent Feeds, wanted to expand in Sheldon because this area is right in the middle of a large number of livestock producers.
He says the company is excited about being able to undertake this huge expansion project in Sheldon.
Paca says he expects ground to be broken this September, with completion scheduled sometime in early 2019.
