First-Dose Mass Vaccination Clinic Planned At Pavilion

Sheldon, Iowa — O’Brien County Public Health is helping coordinate a first-dose mass vaccination clinic on Tuesday, April 6th, 2021, at the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center in Sheldon.

According to O’Brien County Emergency Management Director Jared Johnson, online pre-registration is required. You can register online by clicking here.

He tells us limited slots are available due to limited vaccine availability.

The clinic will be on Tuesday, April 6th, 2021 at the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center in Sheldon. According to Johnson, the available vaccine is the Moderna vaccine. He says individuals that receive their vaccine on this date will be informed during their appointment when they need to return for their second dose.

According to Johnson, people over 18 that would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine are eligible to sign-up. He says you can contact the O’Brien County Public Health Office if you need additional assistance with the online pre-registration at 712-957-0105.
