Hospers, Iowa — As the summer festivals wind down, there are still several to close out the season. One of them is coming up this weekend in Hospers.
Delicia Ruschmann is one of the people helping to organize the Hospers Summer Celebration on Saturday, August 25th. She says they haven’t had an organized community celebration in a while.
