Hull, Iowa — The City of Hull has hired a new City Administrator to replace former City Administrator Jim Collins, who left the position in February.
Mayor Arlan Moss says the new Hull City Administrator is Heidi Kramer, who has been employed as Hull’s City Clerk since November of last year. She will now be Hull’s City Administrator and City Clerk. Kramer began her new duties earlier this week.
Most recently, Kramer served as City Clerk in Hospers, holding that position for more than twelve years. Prior to that, she served as a legal secretary for the Klay Law Firm in Orange City for eight years.
Kramer currently resides in Hospers, but tells KIWA her family will be moving to Hull as soon as they can obtain suitable housing.
Mayor Moss says the Hull City Council looks forward to Kramer’s leadership in maintaining responsible city government.
