It’s no April Fools joke… there is a chance of snow in the forecast for most locations later today and this evening.
Rain is expected to develop north of I-90 this afternoon and move southward into the evening and early overnight hours. As cold air filters into the region, rain may mix with or change to snow by the time it comes to an end. Some light snow accumulations are possible in some areas, although they won’t last long as temperatures rise back into the 50s Tuesday. Another chance of precipitation arrives Wednesday, although the focus looks to remain largely south of our area. Temperatures will be on the rise thru the week.
