Larchwood, Iowa — It’s time for Larchwood Family Days. Larchwood officials tell us that the two-day festival starts this Friday.
Friday’s events include a 9-hole best ball golf benefit, a pork loin fundraiser for Larchwood EMS, a car cruise, burn-outs, and fireworks at dusk this Friday night.
They tell us Saturday is packed with activities, including a road race, a parade, food vendors, a beer garden, live music, kids’ games, a car show, a kids’ freezie-eating contest, a keg-throwing contest, and a street dance.
They also tell us that the Larchwood Splash Pad will be open, and to bring your lawn chairs. That’s all in Larchwood this Friday and Saturday.
