Sheldon, Iowa — Iowa Fourth District U.S. Congressman Steve King will make a stop in Sheldon Monday, as part of a visit to northwest Iowa.
At noon Monday the Congressman will speak to the Sheldon Noon Kiwanis Club in the basement of the Sheldon Community Services Center. This event is open to the public. Following the Kiwanis meeting, King will be visiting the O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation, and will tour various sites in the county, before heading off to an event in Sioux City.
On Wednesday, King will be speaking to the Inwood Kiwanis at the Market Place Grill on Inwood’s Main Street from noon to 1 pm. From 1:45 to 2:45 Wednesday afternoon the Congressman will be holding a Town Hall Meeting at the library in Hull, and from 3:30 to 4:30 that afternoon he’ll be holding another Town Hall Meeting in Plymouth County, at Mid-Sioux Opportunity in Remsen.
