Sheldon, Iowa — KIWA-AM Radio began providing local radio service to Northwest Iowa on October 26, 1961. To celebrate our 55th year of service, giveaways continue this month and into October.
KIWA announcer and traffic director Rachel McDonald says the contests began in August with the KIWA Hi-Lo game.
She says look for Hi-Lo to return before the end of October.
We at KIWA have also been running a “Song of the Day” contest, which McDonald explains.
McDonald says we have some more prizes to give away, including a Northwest Decor and Furniture gift certificate toward a room makeover and a stay at Village West.
She says there are some other items that will be given away as well.
