Sheldon, Iowa — A Sheldon manufacturing company has named a new Director of Manufacturing.
Shane Vander Kooi is the Maintainer Corporation’s new Director of Manufacturing, according to a press release from the company.
Raised in Sioux Center, Vander Kooi comes to Maintainer after 10 years with Rosenboom Machine & Tool in Sheldon. He is a graduate of Dordt University in Sioux Center. Vander Kooi enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling with his wife Kristi and their four adult children.
Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc., with facilities in Sheldon and Rock Rapids, has been manufacturing high-quality, custom-built mechanics service truck bodies, lube truck bodies, cranes, and accessories since 1976.
