Sheldon, Iowa — A new medical provider is coming to Sheldon to join the team at the local medical center.
According to Sanford Sheldon officials, Nurse Practitioner Rachel Van Briesen will see children, adolescents, and adults in both the Sheldon and Boyden clinics.
They tell us Van Briesen received her degree from Morningside College in Sioux City and is now accepting new patients.
Van Briesen says, “I strive to utilize evidence-based research and a patient-centered approach to promote positive health outcomes. My goal is to provide individualized service to every patient I treat.”
Van Briesen specializes in family medicine and gynecology.
