Update – Friday 11:00 am
New security measures will be in place for the tournament at the Wells Fargo Arena which include:
· Walk-through metal detectors
· Cell phones, keys, and RFID wallets will need to be removed and placed in a bowl before walking through the metal detectors
· Bags no larger than 13” x 15” x 6” will be permitted into the arena
· All bags, purses and personal items are subject to search
· Diaper bags or medical bags are allowed to exceed that size limit, but will be searched
With these new security measures, you may want to allow for some additional time for entry.
IHSAA also has adopted these regulations:
· No artificial noisemakers, cowbells, thunder sticks, sirens, clackers, cans with marbles, etc.
· No banners, signs, confetti or any other form of paper or debris
