Sheldon, Iowa — Sheldon Middle Schoolers have raised a large sum of money that will go toward school trips and other school activities.
Sheldon Middle School Principal Cindy Barwick tells us they held an announcement assembly this Wednesday morning.
She says the community’s response has been overwhelming.
Mrs. Barwick has a message for those who helped.
The money was raised as donations for the color run that’s coming up on Friday, September 22nd.
