Orange City, Iowa — Something that’s never been done before will happen in Orange City this Wednesday. Sioux Rivers Regional Mental Health and Disabilities Services and Trinity Reformed Church will be sponsoring a Resource Fair at the Orange City Town Hall.
Mavis Anema is the event’s organizer and works for Sioux Rivers. She tells us about the Resource Fair.
She tells us about her vision.
Anema says it’s not just for a certain group of people. She tells us you never know what situations you might find yourself in, so she says it’s for everyone.
Anema also tells us that Zestos, an Alton-based Christian non-profit organization that helps people care for one another also will also play a part.
The resource fair is this Wednesday, August 18th from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Orange City City Hall on Central Avenue in Orange City.
