Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Chamber & Development Corporation held a ribbon cutting for a Sheldon business Friday morning.
The Ribbon Cutting was held at the new location of the H&R Block Office. Sheldon Development Director Curt Strouth spoke on behalf of the SCDC, and the City of Sheldon.
Ambassador’s Club Chairman Skip Tanner presented a plaque in commemoration of the ribbon cutting.
H&R Block Area Manager, Ivan Esteves, talked about the services provided by H&R Block.
Esteves talked about the office hours for the Sheldon H&R Block Office.
H&R Block is still located in the Highway 60 Plaza, just north of the Highway 18 and Business 60 junction, but has moved to the far north end of the plaza.
