Sheldon, Iowa — A ribbon cutting was held Friday morning for the newly-remodeled Pizza Ranch, in far east Sheldon.
Sheldon Development Director Curt Strouth spoke to the crowd on behalf of the City of Sheldon and the Sheldon Chamber & Development Corporation.
Sheldon Ambassadors president Skip Tanner presented Pizza Ranch manager Kirsten Poage with a plaque commemorating the event.
The complete remodeling of the restaurant was completed in just one week. Poage talks about how that was accomplished.
She says the Sheldon Pizza Ranch has been open in their current location for 15-years.
The Sheldon Pizza Ranch is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, with a lunch buffet served from 11:00 to 1:30 daily, and a dinner buffet from 5:00 until 8:00 nightly. The restaurant is closed Sundays.
