Sheldon, Iowa — A new business has opened in an existing building in Sheldon, and they celebrated that fact along with Sheldon dignitaries on Thursday morning.
Our staff was on the scene at Peterson’s Garage when it happened. Interim Sheldon Development Director Mark Brown spoke on behalf of the Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation.
Sheldon Ambassadors Chairman Skip Tanner spoke on that organization’s behalf.
They tell us they work on all makes and models, old, new, and everything in-between. Rob Peterson, who co-owns the shop with his two sons, says they’ve got a grand opening celebration this Thursday night.
Again, that grand opening open house is from 5-8 p.m. tonight, Thursday, July 27th. There will be door prizes too.
Peterson says they’re constantly upgrading their equipment too.
