Sheldon, Iowa — RiseFest 2018, the Christian music festival held each Father’s Day Weekend in Sheldon, is just five weeks away, and Rise Ministries, the parent organization behind RiseFest, is announcing some new features for this year’s festival.
There is a new RiseFest smartphone app available for free download for the 2018 festival. Lee Stover of Rise Ministries tells us about the RiseFest 2018 app.
Rise Ministries Founder and President Rob Roozeboom announced an additional speaker for Saturday of RiseFest 2018.
Roozeboom also made additional speaker announcements for this year’s festival.
He reminds us that, although RiseFest is a music festival, it’s also more than JUST music.
Roozeboom says he met with the 2018 RiseFest “Bless a Family” .
He says they have a few camping spots available that have electricity, so if you want one you should sign up VERY soon.
And, Roozeboom says they still need volunteers. As always if you volunteer for a 4-hour shift, you’ll get a free ticket for both days of RiseFest.
