Sanborn Woman Arrested On Multiple Warrants

Sanborn, Iowa — A Sanborn woman has been jailed in Clay County on numerous warrants following a Sunday traffic stop in southwestern Clay County.

Deputies say 35-year old Sheila Sundall of Sanborn was a passenger in the car pulled over during the traffic stop, and upon investigation, it was allegedly determined that she had four active arrest warrants, three from Clay County and one from O’Brien County.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the arest warrants issued for Sundall in their county were for:  Failure To Appear on a charge of Driving While License Suspended; Failure To Appear on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Offense Operating While Intoxicated, Possession of an Unlawful Prescripton, and 1st Offense Possession of a Controlled Substance; as well as Delivery of Methamphetamine.

O’Brien County authorities say Sundall was wanted in O’Brien County for Failure To Appear While Driving With License Denied or Revoked.

Clay County authorities say Sundall was arrested without incident and taken to the Clay County Jail in Spencer, where she was held on a $63-thousand bond.
