Sheldon, Iowa — It’s that time of year again. Time to get your flu shot.
Dr. Amy Badberg, a physician at Sanford Sheldon, tells us the best way to protect yourself and your family from influenza.
She says when those who make the flu vaccine put it together, they have to do research to see which strains of flu will be the most prevalent this flu season, and sometimes, it’s not a perfect match. But it’s still a good idea to get your flu shot.
She tells us it’s easy to get your flu shot.
