Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Community Ambulance Team is without a Director, following the resignation of SCAT Director Cindy Freeman.
Although City officials declined to confirm or deny her resignation, when we reached out to Freeman she confirmed that she had, indeed, resigned from the position effective yesterday (Thursday, March 31, 2016). Freeman told KIWA she had wanted to step down for some time, but that now was just, finally, the time to do so. She says that, even without her duties as SCAT Director, her “plate is full”.
