Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Farmers’ Market is a summertime tradition. It begins this year on Monday, June 3rd and runs until Friday, September 30th. Shanelle Matus from the Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation tells us more about it.
She tells us they are looking for more vendors too.
According to Matus, there’s a special program on Monday evenings.
She says that they also accept the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program checks, which you can sign up for at the chamber.
Again, they’re still looking for vendors as well. Matus says you don’t have to necessarily come every time the Farmers’ Market is open. Contact the Chamber for more information at 712-324-2813.
