Sheldon, Iowa — Sheldon’s Chinese restaurant is open in their new location, across Highway 18 from their old one.
Andy Lee is the owner of Chinese Chef. He tells us about the new building, just west of the Highway 60 expressway on 18.
He says there are some nice things about the new location.
Lee says they were able to move some of their old equipment.
He tells us that they’ve been having some supply chain issues getting furniture and other items, but they’ll open the dining room as soon as they can.
Lee tells us about their specialties.
He has a special message for those that have helped him with the new location.
The Chinese Chef is open (right now for drive-thru only) Tuesday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. He says they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays.
