Sibley, Iowa — A Sibley woman has been arrested on drug charges after a search warrant was carried out.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that they arrested 47-year-old Evelyn Joann Kolbeck, of Sibley on Thursday, October 15th. She was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana, both Serious Misdemeanors; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor, and Prohibited Acts, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
While further details could not be released at this time, the Sheriff’s Office did say the arrest stemmed from a search warrant being carried out at a Sibley home.
Kolbeck was booked and at last report was being held on a $4,300 bond.
