Sioux Center, Iowa — A Sioux Center man faces multiple felony charges following a traffic stop west of Boyden Thursday morning.
Sioux County authorities say one of their deputies made a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 18 and Jay Avenue, two miles west of Boyden, around 6:20 Thursday morning. Deputies say that, upon further investigation they discovered that the vehicle’s driver, 37-year old Quique Reynoso-Diaz, had a suspended driver’s license. In addition, authorities say he was using another person’s identity to gain employment at Rosenboom Machine & Tool in Sheldon.
Authorities say they charged Reynoso Diaz with Felony Identity Theft, Driving With A Suspended License, and two counts of Forgery.
Reynoso-Diaz was taken to the Sioux County Jail in Orange City.
