Sheldon, Iowa — Up and coming country music artist Sara Morgan was live, in studio, as a guest on the KIWA Morning Show with Wayne and Aaron Thursday morning (April 14th). Morgan was in Sheldon specifically for the Morning Show appearance, as she wraps up her 5-week tour of Midwest radio stations, to promote her new single, “Drive A Tractor”.
Morgan talked a little bit about how she got her musical start.
Morgan says she was raised on a small farm near McGhee, Arkansas, and calls, “Drive A Tractor” a thank-you project for farmers. She says that’s what motivated her to write the song.
She says that the song is available for download, and a portion of the proceeds will go to scholarships.
When asked about the biggest crowd she has performed for, Morgan said that would be coming next week.
