Sheldon, Iowa — The Prairie Arts Historical Park will be hosting the Second Annual Halloween Carnival in October, and they’re looking for donations to make it bigger and better than last year.
Karin Vander Berg, one of the people organizing the Halloween Carnival says they’re also going to need volunteers to help set up, run, and take down the games.
Vander Berg gives us an overview.
She says it’s really important that they get the volunteers.
