Spencer, Iowa — The fair that’s been called the “World’s Greatest County Fair” marks its midpoint on Wednesday, with a host of entertainment, food, merchandise and amusements for your enjoyment.
Wednesday is Disability Awareness Day at the Clay County Fair. Fair Manager and CEO Jeremy Parsons tells us more.
In addition, there will be a large assortment of free entertainment, including:
