Boosting export growth for U.S. pork in Latin America

IARN — Consumers want to know where the products they purchase at the supermarket come from. They are interested in the process of how livestock is raised and if they can talk with a producer of that animal it can help to bridge the gap between consumers and producers.

The Latin American Product Showcase is an event that is hosted by the U.S. Meat Export Federation every two years, rotating to a different Central or South American host nation.
