ISA member returns from Mexico and talks GMO ban

IARN — Whether you call it “service after the sale” or “customer service”, agriculture is not immune to having to engage with their customers over what they want and what can be provided to them. When we make trade trips, you look at the good and you look at the bad. Sometimes there are impasses and sometimes progress is made. The important thing is to be there, in person, talking with your customers and finding a way to strengthen trade.
