Weed control plan critical during early growth of corn and soybeans

IARN — While nearing the end of 2022, it is a good time to reflect on the past year and of course start to think about next year and the next growing season. It won’t be long until farmers are beginning to make plans for planting in 2023.

The early life cycle of a corn or soybean plant is very important to that plant’s health and potential for growth and development. Tyler Steinkamp, a Winfield United Agronomist, says that quality care for plants very early in their life cycle is essential.
