Spirit Lake, Iowa — Fire Wednesday evening damaged a lakes area business — one that also has a location in Sheldon.
Spirit Lake Fire Chief Pat Daly says they were called a little before 10:00 pm to Campus Cleaners at 1710 Ithaca Avenue in Spirit Lake.
Daly says most of the damage is to the interior of the building.
He says firefighters were presented with one challenge in particular.
No injuries were reported. Daly says they’re looking into a possible cause.
Campus Cleaners staff tell us it might take a little longer for them to pick up dry cleaning in Sheldon, but customers shouldn’t notice much change. They told us it might take them a week to pick up the orders.
