Orange City, Iowa (Sioux County Radio) — MOC-Floyd Valley High School Principal Levi Letsche will lead an upcoming course at Northwest Iowa Community College focused on developing leadership skills through daily growth.

“The Power of Daily Growth in Leadership” will be offered Nov. 6th from 1 to 4 p.m. on the NCC campus. Registration is due Oct. 30th, and participation is limited to 30 people.

Letsche said leadership opportunities aren’t limited to those who hold management or supervisory positions.

The adult education course will focus on leadership through influence, communication, and teamwork, with practical strategies participants can apply in their workplaces and organizations.

Letsche said the three-hour course will be divided into three parts, beginning with self-leadership, moving into communication skills, and concluding with team leadership.

Participants will explore personal ownership, effective workplace communication, and building teams grounded in trust and accountability. The course will also explore different communication styles and how they affect leadership.

Registration information is available through NCC’s website.
