Alton, Iowa — A Sioux City man is facing multiple charges following a tip that led to his arrest Saturday afternoon in Alton.
According to the Orange City Police Department, officers arrested 40-year-old Benjamin Allan Pry of Sioux City on Saturday, January 3rd, after Sioux County Dispatch received information regarding his whereabouts.
Police say officers located Pry in Alton, where an investigation determined he allegedly had a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Authorities also learned Pry had two outstanding Sioux County warrants and was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was revoked.
Pry was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked. He also had two outstanding Sioux County warrants.
He was transported to the Sioux County Jail, where he was booked in.
