The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 4:30 p.m. , 49-year-old Edwin Luhda of Owatonna, MN, was driving a 2016 Chrysler minivan southbound on Highway 59 at the state line. They tell us that 23-year-old Esmelda Del Camen of Windom, MN, was also southbound on 59 in a 2012 Chevy Cruze in front of Luhda.
