(KIWA Staff Photo)Paullina, Iowa — A Paullina man has been arrested on a sex abuse charge in that town.
A criminal complaint filed by the Paullina Police Department in district court accuses 23-year-old Franklin Leodan Aguilar Aguilar of Paullina of sexually assaulting an adult victim. He was arrested on Saturday.
Aguilar Aguilar was charged with third-degree sexual assault, a class C felony. If convicted, he could face up to ten years in prison. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.
He faces a preliminary hearing on October 12th.
Aguilar Aguilar was booked into the O’Brien County Jail in Primghar without bond.
