Sheldon, Iowa – Two of the three positions that have been vacant for the past few months at the Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation will soon be filled with permanent employees.
Interim Community Development Director Mark Brown has announced that Trista Kavanaugh will assume the role of Chamber Director. Trista is the daughter of former Chamber Director, and current Interim Chamber Director Shanelle Matus. She is scheduled to begin her duties May 1st.
Earlier we told you that the new Community Development Director will be Tania Herrera Gonzales, who will assume that role the week of March 18th. Her hiring was approved by the Sheldon City Council at their meeting this past week.
