The opening concert of the Sheldon Civic Music Association is this coming Friday, September 11th, and features the group “Alliance Brass” with their program titled “Made in America”, which is a celebration of America’s 250th birthday. The concert will be held at Bethel Reformed Church, located in the 700 block of 6th Avenue in Sheldon. Tickets, as well as season memberships, will be available at the door.
Talk of the Town can be heard live at 8:30 am each Monday through Friday on KIWA-FM 105.3, and as a podcast at kiwaradio.com.
