Iowa State Patrol Trooper Kevin Krull tells us about the time that has the dubious distinction of being “the 100 deadliest days of summer.”
And he says that time is between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
He tells us what parents can do to keep their driving teens safe.
Trooper Krull is referencing a new law that goes into effect in less than a month — stating that it is illegal for drivers to touch their smartphone while driving.
