Alvina J. Van Heuvelen, age 96, of Waukee, Iowa and formerly of Sheldon, Iowa passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at the Village At Legacy Pointe in Waukee, Iowa.
Her Memorial Service will be at 10:30 AM Saturday, June 8, 2019 the American Reformed Church in Primghar, Iowa with Rev. Cory Grimm and Rev. Dennis Hietbrink officiating.
Burial will be in the East Lawn Cemetery in Sheldon, Iowa with a Family Graveside at 9:15 A.M. Saturday, June 8, 2019
Visitation will be after 5:00 pm Friday, June 7, 2019 with the family present from 5:00 – 7:00pm at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Sheldon.
Memorials may be directed to The American Reformed Church in Primghar and the Shriners Children Hospital
